At MALKI Market, customer satisfaction and marketplace security are our top priorities.
This Refund Policy explains how refunds, returns, and exchanges work for digital and physical products.
🔹 1. Digital Products Refund Policy
Digital products include software, eBooks, templates, licenses, files, courses, and any downloadable content.
1.1 When refunds are allowed
A refund for a digital item is accepted ONLY in the following cases:
- The file is broken, corrupted, or incomplete
- The download link is not working
- The seller uploaded the wrong file
- You did not receive access to the product after payment
1.2 When refunds are NOT allowed
Refunds are not granted if:
- You purchased the wrong product by mistake
- You changed your mind after downloading
- You don’t have the required software to open the file
- You claim the product is “not what you expected” without proof
- You already downloaded and used the product
Digital products cannot be “returned,” so strict rules apply to prevent abuse.
1.3 Proof Required
To approve a refund, we may request:
- Screenshot of the error
- Proof that the file is not opening
- Description of the exact issue
Our support team reviews all claims carefully and fairly.
🔹 2. Physical Products Refund Policy
Physical items include electronics, clothing, accessories, home products, etc.
2.1 When refunds/returns are accepted
Buyers can request a refund if:
- Item arrived damaged
- Item is defective
- Wrong item was delivered
- Item does not match the description or photos
- Item was not delivered within the promised timeframe
2.2 When refunds are NOT accepted
Refunds may be refused if:
- The product was used or damaged by the customer
- Customer gives false claims or missing evidence
- Return request is made after the allowed timeframe
2.3 Return Window
Buyers must request a return within:
7–14 days from delivery (depending on seller policy).
🔹 3. Order Not Received
3.1 Digital Products
If the buyer paid but did not receive the digital download, a full refund is granted.
3.2 Physical Products
If the item is lost during shipping:
- Seller must provide tracking
- If tracking shows “no movement” or “lost,” a refund is issued
If tracking shows delivery but the buyer claims they didn’t receive it, further investigation will occur.
🔹 4. Refund Process
- Buyer submits refund request via support or order page
- Seller reviews the request
- Seller accepts or rejects based on policy
- If seller does not respond within 72 hours, MALKI Market steps in
- Approved refund is processed to the original payment method
Refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on bank/payment provider.

If a buyer or seller disagrees with the outcome, MALKI Market’s support team will:
- Review all evidence
- Check product description vs delivered item
- Make a final decision to ensure fairness
MALKI Market’s decision is final to protect both sides of the marketplace.
