🔹 For Buyers
1. How do I create an account?
Click the Sign Up button, enter your email, create a password, and verify your account.
You can then shop or contact sellers easily.
2. How do I buy a product?
- Choose a product
- Click Buy Now
- Complete the payment
- Receive your digital download or shipping details
3. When will I receive my digital product?
Digital products are delivered instantly, and you can download them directly from your account.
4. When will my physical product be delivered?
Delivery time depends on the seller.
Most sellers provide:
- Shipping within 1–3 days
- Tracking number after shipment
5. Can I track my order?
Yes. Simply go to My Orders and click on the order to view tracking or download details.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We support multiple secure payment methods:
- Credit/Debit cards
- PayPal
- Other regional payment options
7. What is the refund policy?
- Digital products: Refunds are only allowed if the file is broken, corrupted, or not delivered.
- Physical products: Refunds apply to damaged, incorrect, or undelivered items.
You can submit a request through the Help Center.
8. The seller didn’t respond. What should I do?
Open a support ticket. We will contact the seller directly and help resolve the issue.

9. How do I become a seller?
- Create an account
- Apply as a seller
- Add your store details
- Start listing products
10. What products can I sell?
You may sell:
- Digital products (software, eBooks, templates, files, courses, etc.)
- Physical products (electronics, fashion, accessories, etc.)
Illegal, copyrighted, or prohibited items are not allowed.
11. How do I list a product?
- Go to Seller Dashboard
- Click Add Product
- Upload images & files
- Add description, price, and details
- Publish the product
12. How do I get paid?
Your earnings appear in your seller balance immediately after each sale.
Withdrawals can be made to:
- Bank transfer
- PayPal
- Other supported methods
13. What fees does MALKI Market take?
We charge a small commission on each sale.
The exact percentage is shown in your seller account.
14. How do I handle shipping?
For physical products:
- Set shipping cost
- Ship within your promised time
- Provide tracking info
For digital products:
- Ensure files are correct, clean, and accessible.
15. Can sellers get refunds or disputes?
Yes. If a buyer files a complaint, sellers must respond quickly.
Our support team helps resolve disputes fairly.

16. I forgot my password. What can I do?
Use the Forgot Password link on the login page.
You will receive a reset email.
17. Is my personal information safe?
Yes. MALKI Market follows strict security and privacy standards.
We never share your information with unauthorized parties.
